The World Seido Karate Organization was established in October 1976 in New York City by Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura. Seido Karate is a strict, traditional Japanese style of karate that was founded on three fundamental principles: respect, love and obedience.

Brooklyn Seido is the newest branch in the World Seido organization. We are hoping to add additional classes in the near future.

Senpai Jeannie began studying Seido Karate in September 1991 and earned her black belt in October 1998. Currently she trains at the world headquarters, Honbu under Kaicho (Grandmaster) Tadashi Nakamura.
